1. Relaxation

2. Bedtime routines
Develop a bedtime routine so your body knows it’s bedtime. Reducing your physical activity and following a routine before bedtime, your body will start to associate some of these actions and go to sleep. Start with a cup of hot milk. Milk contains a protein called tryptophan, which helps to promote sleep. This can be replaced with chamomile
3. Your bedroom is for sleeping
Make your bedroom to sleep in the room. Do not read, eat or watch television in the bedroom, or do an activity that is not sleep related. Make sure the room is dark and cozy, extra pillows on the bed and even teddy bears. Make your bedroom a sleep sanctuary, a room will immediately be safe and comfortable, and best of all, you yearn for a room to sleep in
4. Calm and clear your mind
Clear your mind of day’s activities and things that should be announced tomorrow. Organize uniforms, lunches, etc. … the night before.
5. Give time to yourself
Instead of trying to get as much as you can find in those days that do not have much time left to sleep.
